1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using our website and purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1a. Age Requirement

By using this service you confirm that you are at least 16 years old. If you are under 16, do not create an account or make a purchase.

2. Products and Services

We offer digital course content. Upon completing a purchase, you will receive access to the course materials associated with your order. Course content is delivered digitally and accessible via your account.

3. Account Creation

When you purchase a course, an account will be created for you using the email address provided during checkout. Your login credentials will be sent to that email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

4. Payment

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated. You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information.

5. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date by contacting us via email. No questions asked.

5a. Account Deletion & Waiver

You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Privacy & Data. Deleting your account permanently revokes your license to access any previously-purchased course content and waives your right to refunds on past purchases. Invoice records are retained only as required by Bulgarian tax/accounting law (Наредба Н-18, Appendix 29) and contain no login credentials. This reflects your exercise of the GDPR right to erasure (Art. 17), limited by Art. 17(3)(b) for records we are legally obliged to keep.

6. Intellectual Property

All course content, including videos, images, text, and downloadable materials, is the intellectual property of Hobby Hill. You may not reproduce, distribute, or share course content without written permission.

7. License to Use

Upon purchase, you are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use the course content for your own personal, non-commercial use.

8. Limitation of Liability

Hobby Hill shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or services.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
